Job Title: Operations Administrator

As part of our expanding remote team, we are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and well-organised Operations Administrator.

This role is crucial to maintaining the seamless flow of our day-to-day operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring client communications are handled with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces challenges, and takes initiative with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently record and distribute meeting minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Manage phone calls, client interactions, and external communications professionally and promptly.
  3. Update and maintain data across multiple systems and platforms with precision.
  4. Support cross-functional projects and contribute actively to department-specific initiatives.
  5. Provide reliable administrative and operational assistance to various departments as required.
  6. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
  7. Quickly adapt to new systems and concepts, demonstrating a flexible approach to change.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident client-facing approach.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.

  • Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM (UK Time)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: R6,000 – R8,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • 40 days of paid leave per year
  • Fully remote position
