About the Role

As the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will lead manufacturing operations, ensuring the implementation of the Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) in collaboration with co-leads and the site director. Your role is crucial in producing high-quality products that serve millions globally, fostering innovation and inspiring your team to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the implementation of the Global Manufacturing Operating System (RPS) to improve performance.
• Ensure performance measures and loss definitions align with global standards.
• Enhance data collection, reporting, and visualization for better performance diagnosis.
• Diagnose performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Train and coach teams in problem-solving and gap diagnosis, focusing on TPM / IWS pillars.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on TPM / WCM / IWS / Lean principles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce losses, waste, and safety risks, and increase productivity.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial results related to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor operators and teams, fostering safety, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure seamless operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG, with at least 4 years in operations involving structured manufacturing excellence programs.
• Experience with TPM / WCM / IWS strategy implementation and training.
• Strong leadership, change management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital systems like MES, Power BI, etc.
• Instructor or program management experience in TPM / WCM / IWS.
• Passion for people development and continuous improvement.
