Job Description

We have a role for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Organisation Effectiveness and Employee Relations teams. Key Result Areas/Outputs:
  1. Providing full administrative support to the OE and ER Heads and their teams.
  2. Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external engagements.
  3. Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  4. Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  5. Assisting with travel arrangements, claims, and expense reconciliations.
  6. Supporting key OE/ER initiatives, projects, and events through coordination and tracking.
  7. Acting as a liaison between the OE/ER teams and other stakeholders within the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment (Human Capital experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters gracefully.
  • A natural collaborator who can switch gears between teams and priorities with ease.
Advantageous:
  • Prior exposure to Organisation Development, Change Management, or Employee Relations environments.
  • Project coordination or support experience.
