You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the large corporate sector.

This role involves strategic outreach, high-level negotiations, and presenting payment solutions to key decision-makers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals and driving growth in the fintech or payments industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and target potential large corporate clients that would benefit from our omnichannel payment solutions. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new business.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target corporations. Understand their business needs and challenges to effectively pitch payment solutions.
  3. High-Level Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with prospective clients at the executive level. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts.
  4. Presentations and Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to executive committees and other stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of our payment solutions.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure the solutions meet market needs and client expectations. Provide feedback from the market to help shape future product developments.
  7. Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in the fintech, payment solutions, or a closely related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with large corporate clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to a high-level audience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
