Head Guide

Candidate requirements:

• Must have at least two years in a Head Guide position, at a luxury five star property
• Must have a minimum of 5 years  experience at a five star luxury property
• Experience managing a team of 10 + is preferred
• FGASA or VDPA Lead Trails, KNP proficiency will be a bonus.
• ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate essential
• Valid Driver’s license, PDP and First Aid Level 2 essential with Wilderness component
• Must be CATHSSETA/NDT Registered
• Must have strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
• Must be able to communicate well with guides and take charge of the department.
• Must be guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
• Must have a stable employment history
