Job description

The Advisory Sales Executive (ASE) supports the Strategic Business Development Executive (SBDE) in achieving aggressive revenue targets and recruiting top-performing advisors.

The ASE focuses on executing Value Creation Plans (VCPs), identifying business growth opportunities, and recruiting advisors with high growth potential.

This role requires a strong background in business development within the non-banking financial services industry or experience in developing and executing business growth strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in business management or financial planning are a plus.

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in business development within financial services, preferably in the non-banking sector. Proven ability to execute business growth strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. Familiarity with advisor recruitment, management, and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Support in Value Creation Plans (VCPs): Collaborate with the SBDE to develop and implement tailored VCPs, conduct research to identify growth opportunities, monitor VCP execution, and assist advisors in utilizing technology platforms.
  2. Advisor Recruitment and Onboarding: Support in identifying and recruiting top advisors, manage onboarding processes, and collaborate on growth strategies.
  3. Technology Enablement: Guide advisors in adopting technology platforms, track adoption metrics, and provide support.
  4. Advisor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships, resolve challenges, and organize regular reviews.
  5. Business Development Execution: Identify new opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to marketing and sales strategies.
