The Advisory Sales Executive (ASE) supports the Strategic Business Development Executive (SBDE) in achieving aggressive revenue targets and recruiting top-performing advisors.
The ASE focuses on executing Value Creation Plans (VCPs), identifying business growth opportunities, and recruiting advisors with high growth potential.
This role requires a strong background in business development within the non-banking financial services industry or experience in developing and executing business growth strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional qualifications in business management or financial planning are a plus.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in business development within financial services, preferably in the non-banking sector. Proven ability to execute business growth strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. Familiarity with advisor recruitment, management, and growth.
