Your Purpose

Your Duties & Responsibilities

Be self-disciplined, plan, and work independently. Work flexibly, including weekends, early or late hours, and public holidays. Be computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to write emails with excellent grammar and spelling. Understand the market and demographics of various clubs to communicate effectively. Develop networks and relationships with potential members and colleagues. Follow manual processes for tracking potential members. Conduct thorough needs analysis to advise on club offerings. Perform administrative functions and additional tasks such as mystery calls and confirmation calls as required. Generate leads for future sales. Provide heartfelt service to prospective and existing members through every interaction. Work over certain weekends and public holidays to meet KPIs. Stay updated on club events, activities, and campaigns. Attend training and meetings, complete product training, and maintain positive relationships with staff. Deal efficiently with prospect inquiries, resolve issues, and achieve KPIs. Collaborate with the team to meet budget goals. Set appointments, maximize opportunities, and convert inquiries into sales. Perform additional tasks like live chat, social media engagement, and reviews.
