• The role of a Credit Champion (CC) is to solicit loan applications through the promotion of the Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant.
• The CC facilitates the application process for such customers by inputting application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements.
• The CC is the primary liaison with EF applicants regarding application progress, outcomes, and the setup of merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials.
• The CC plays a societal role in facilitating finance for housing development and improvement in South Africa. They also help build-ware merchants provide better service and reach a larger customer base, increasing their turnover and sustainability.
