Regional Aftersales Manager – Commercial Truck Industry

Location: Kempton Park

Industry: Commercial Trucks | Aftersales

Are you a highly skilled aftersales professional with a diesel trade / technical qualification? Do you have a passion for commercial trucks and customer service excellence?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support dealership service teams with technical and operational guidance
2. Oversee warranty adjudication and ensure compliance with OEM policies
3. Provide expert technical support for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
4. Identify and coordinate training initiatives for aftersales teams
5. Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
6. Work closely with parts distribution teams to ensure availability and efficiency
7. Monitor and report on key aftersales performance indicators

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diesel trade / technical qualification
2. At least 5 years experience in a similar aftersales role within the truck industry
3. Strong knowledge of truck service operations, warranty processes, and fleet management
4. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
5. Fluent in Afrikaans (essential for dealer and customer communication)
6. Valid Code 8 driver's license
