About The Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of buildings within our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proven track record in property management operations. The role involves effective communication with tenants, management of budgets, inspections, service providers, and day-to-day activities within the Centre, ensuring successful management of the property.

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities or Operations Management
  • Electrical, mechanical, or construction background with technical skills
  • Experience in overseeing daily operations and team coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, MDA
  • Knowledge of quality standards, contract management, SLAs, lease conditions, and statutory requirements
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
What You Will Be Doing

You will lead budgeting, building management, facilities maintenance, and tenant installations. Key tasks include daily inspections, managing expenses, coordinating contractors, conducting safety and emergency tests, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with OSH ACT regulations. You will also handle tenant installations, emergency plans, tenders, and inspections as needed.
