Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to support site-level financial operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site finance activities and support the Financial Manager.
• Ensure accurate trial balances, reconciliations, and timely journals.
• Maintain fixed asset register, manage cashbook, and process payments.
• Support audit processes and tax/statutory compliance (EMP201s, VAT201s, WCA).
• Supervise and train junior finance staff and admin team.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Drive financial standardization, process improvement, and internal controls.
• Analyze key financial drivers and report KPIs weekly.
• Assist in budgeting, audits, and annual stock processes.
• Manage debtors, creditors, and working capital in line with SOPs.
• Contribute to projects, EVA modelling, and internal audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proactive, resilient, and detail oriented.
• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing finance role.
