About this role :

The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's business processes.

This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and support business growth.

Ideal experience :

3-4 years' experience within the financial services industry; investments / LISP / Asset Management environment.

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools.

Familiarity with project management principles.

Main duties and responsibilities :

Advise relevant stakeholders in the business on improvement options for existing business processes.

Apply business process redesign methodology to develop effective solutions to business problems.

Conduct impact assessments of process gaps by analyzing grey areas not clearly defined by established standards and ensure they are mapped during the design process.

Contribute to and involve in the implementation of test requirements and analysis.

Engagement and collaboration :

Engage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Recommend and implement continuous operational and client experience improvements with measurable outcomes.

Ensure the preparation of detailed process diagrams and documentation that meet Lean Methodology standards.

Assist with implementing operational and client experience changes to support marketing campaigns, new regulatory requirements, and business projects.

Ensure that the required change management process is followed and initiatives are implemented.

Participate in Agile planning and rituals as required from an operational perspective.
