Description of duties
Performance management objectives include achieving sales, profit, and other targets, utilizing C4C for planning and documenting activities, developing profitable business initiatives, expanding the number of direct rail customers, and establishing a clear sales funnel.
Primary leadership objectives involve acting as a role model and ambassador for the company, driving change and innovation, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while working collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams.
Assets and decision-making responsibilities include being responsible for equipment and communication of critical business information, making data-driven decisions, and possessing excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills to effectively deliver key messages and influence at all levels.
