SUMMARY :

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and enhance digitisation capabilities within the company. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The Senior IT Project Manager for Digitization ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while complying with regulatory and industry-specific frameworks.

POSITION INFO :

The successful candidate will drive the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics and develop organisational digitisation capabilities. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, resource coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance, especially within the financial sector.

Qualifications :

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required. A master's degree in a similar discipline or Project Management is highly advantageous.

Certifications :

• Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI
• PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional from AXELOS
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – beneficial for security-focused projects

Key Responsibilities :

1. Review and analyze detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
2. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, controls, and adjustments.
3. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
4. Ensure resource availability and adjust schedules as necessary.
5. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans.
6. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, managing expectations and communication.
7. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
8. Report issues and escalate when necessary.
9. Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Industry Knowledge and Skills :

• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including standards, regulations (e.g., SOX, Dodd-Frank, GDPR), and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex information.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and KPI tracking skills.
