Job description

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Specialist in Property Law to join their team. The Senior Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all property law matters within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and draft legal documents related to property transactions, such as leases, contracts, agreements, and deeds.
  2. Conduct legal research and analysis on property law issues and provide recommendations to management.
  3. Negotiate and settle property disputes, including boundary disputes, easements, and zoning issues.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including real estate professionals, to provide legal guidance on property-related matters.
  5. Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  6. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to property law, including court appearances and arbitrations.
  7. Train and mentor junior legal staff on property law issues and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property law, with a focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law principles, including conveyancing, land use, and zoning regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
