Zoomlion South Africa is looking for an Administrative Assistant primarily focused on receptionist duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the company email inbox and distribute messages to appropriate staff
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide general office support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Support special projects and events as required

Requirements and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Matric however a diploma in Office Management will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and friendly demeanour
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
