Job Responsibilities:
- Help to keep track of and maintain the monthly budget expenses.
- Plan, organize, and schedule appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system and carry out various admin duties.
- Responsible for managing all administration tasks related to the operational functions.
- Basic procurement (obtain quotes, request purchase orders, track delivery and invoicing).
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records, including mileage, fuel consumption, service records, etc.
- Office administration, stock ordering, and reporting (stationery, printer, etc.).

Desired Experience & Qualification:
- A Matric education background.
- Experience in the logistics / transport industry.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
