Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Help to keep track of and maintain the monthly budget expenses.
  2. Plan, organize, and schedule appointments.
  3. Develop and maintain a filing system and carry out various admin duties.
  4. Responsible for managing all administration tasks related to the operational functions.
  5. Basic procurement (obtain quotes, request purchase orders, track delivery and invoicing).
  6. Maintain vehicle maintenance records, including mileage, fuel consumption, service records, etc.
  7. Office administration, stock ordering, and reporting (stationery, printer, etc.).

  1. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  2. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  4. Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  1. A Matric education background.
  2. Experience in the logistics / transport industry.
  3. Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
