Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Advisory planning according to BEE Certificate expiry dates and financial year ends.
  2. Draft advisory proposals.
  3. Schedule meetings.
  4. File all electronic documents to Google.
  5. Update lists regularly.
  6. Manage verification processes.
  7. Prepare data collection procedures and data sheets for clients.
  8. Prepare engagement letters, obtain client approval, and submit to verification agents.
  9. Complete request for quotations and submit to verification agents.
  10. Obtain approval for quotations, forward copies to verification agents, and send invoices and proof of payment to clients.
  11. Set up timelines and get agreement from clients and verification agents.
  12. Calculate PDF pages and obtain client sign-off.
  13. Submit information to verification agents for verification.
  14. Compile a shortened sample list by removing duplicate information and forward it to clients.
  15. Review and support clients regarding sample documentation.
  16. Prepare electronic files of sample documentation and submit to verification agents.
  17. Resolve queries related to information supplied to verification agents and feedback received.
  18. Obtain client signatures on verification plans and confirm on-site dates.
  19. Gather additional information from analysts and submit to verification agents.
Requirements
  • South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated in the YES Programme previously.
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Interest in HR, BBBEE, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
