Job Title: Client Services Agent
Minimum Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
Minimum Experience
  • At least 12 months in a call centre and administrative environment
  • At least 12 months in STI environment and client services

RE5 qualification is an advantage.
