Property Manager | Remote (Cape Town) | Exciting UK Property Management Role!

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Remote – Based in Cape Town, South Africa

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm UK Hours)

Salary: R25,000 PCM

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based property management company, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their remote team in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while managing a portfolio of luxury co-living properties in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Overseeing property maintenance and repairs, ensuring quick and cost-effective solutions.

Managing compliance and safety regulations, particularly for HMO properties.

Handling tenancy management, including renewals, rent queries, and legal documentation.

Coordinating move-outs and deposit returns, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.

Building strong relationships with landlords, ensuring they receive excellent service.

Managing contractors, invoices, and service quality to maintain high property standards.

What We’re Looking For:

1-5 years of experience in property management or administration.

️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills – you’ll be the go-to person for tenants and landlords.

️ Highly organised and proactive, able to work independently in a remote setup.

️ A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
