You're not just a recruiter, you're a matchmaker, a strategist, and a storyteller all rolled into one. You’re organised, emotionally intelligent, and thrive in a world where every day is different. Oh, and if you love a good spreadsheet and a well-executed employer branding campaign? Even better.
