Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter with a strong background in Finance & Accounting recruitment. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area for occasional in-person meetings and local market engagement.

This role is focused on permanent placements only — no contract or temp work. Agency experience is a must. Candidates with only internal/corporate recruiting backgrounds will not be considered.

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-desk agency recruiting experience
• Deep experience placing permanent Finance & Accounting roles
• Strong business development skills – someone who can manage both client and candidate relationships
• Located in the Greater Los Angeles area (non-negotiable)
