Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirect as needed, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel.
  • Maintain guest accounts and process transactions during their stay.
  • Address any special needs or requests from guests promptly.
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in OPERA.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
