Grower Accountant

Manage full producer creditors function, including:

• Capturing of produce related cost elements and adjustments
• Weekly preparations of payments to producers
• Sending of payment remittances to producers
• Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
• Cashflow management in ZAR & foreign currencies
• SARB applications and monitoring of compliance
• Monthly updating of standard costs & evaluation of under/over recoveries
• Management of balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard costs
• Onboarding of new producers
• Any other relevant accounting function and reporting as required

• Grade 12 with relevant tertiary education
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience within fruit export industry preferred
• Advanced Excel and export system skills
• Produce Linc and Business Central (BC) experience will be beneficial
