Job Description
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct monthly and annual closings.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare monthly financial reports required by the group.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all monthly tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
