About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will manage and optimize Azure modules like Ultron, Digital Safe, and Feature Environments, ensuring compliance with Azure networking and security policies (Application Gateway, Firewalls, Security Core). You will design and enhance Azure DevOps Pipelines, lead the migration of ADO Classic UI releases to YAML, and automate infrastructure deployment using PowerShell, Terraform, and IaC tools. You will also support Windows environments (IIS, SQL Server) and collaborate with security teams to maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Providing business support through data analysis and research.
  • Modifying pre-designed queries for research data assessment.
  • Running basic data statistics independently, including coverage stats and field populations.
  • Conducting routine data review and verification, ensuring timely corrections or clarifications.
  • Investigating, tracking, and reporting data issues.
  • Providing technical problem-solving support to less technical teams (customer service, consumer advocacy).
  • Completing new data onboarding and production data management functions as assigned.
  • Utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools, producing ad hoc data counts or stats as needed.
  • Resolving or guiding data sources in resolving basic data issues within specific functional areas.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in business or IT-related fields (Mathematics/Science/Computer Science preferred).
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI, Tableau, AWS Redshift, or DBeaver.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, including building and deploying dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of API Management and service integrations.
