Job description

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Foreman Instrumentation and Electrical to join their operations in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute maintenance planning for E&I infrastructure, ensuring weekly and monthly KPIs are met.
2. Collaborate with Reliability and Production teams to optimize equipment performance and drive efficiency improvements.
3. Ensure statutory compliance and safe working conditions through risk assessments and adherence to Zero Harm principles.
4. Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives for cost and resource efficiency.
5. Supervise team performance through reviews, development plans, and training, maintaining discipline and productivity standards.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N4 with Trade Certificate in Electrical or Instrumentation Mechanician
• National Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering
• 10 years working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Field

Benefits:

• Salary: R780 000 - R820 000 CTC
