The role involves advising HR and management on labour relations, managing collective bargaining, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HRM or Law, a postgraduate degree, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager at Santam. This role may be based at Head Office Tygervalley or Alice Lane Sandton, reporting directly to the Head of Human Capital Delivery. The position involves developing and implementing plans, policies, and processes related to employee relations within the Santam Group.
The incumbent will provide advice and support on labour relationships, promote sound business labour relations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include:
