Purpose of role

Support the Channel team by providing an excellent customer experience and accurate and timely processing of Purchase orders, sales orders, and quotations to support the sales cycle to achieve both team & company KPI’s and targets.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Respond, build, and send quotes to our Resellers within Ethos SLA’s
  • Respond and process Purchase Orders from our Resellers
  • Raise and place Purchase Orders onto our Vendors
  • Track orders from point of purchase to delivery to end customer
  • Liaise with Ethos’ shipping company to track and fulfil orders
  • Cover for external Channel Account Manager when they are out of office
  • Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing.
  • To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
  • Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Team Leader or Manager
