Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with a strong, organized personality capable of bringing positive change to our team. The ideal individual is strict enough to instill discipline but also a warm, hands-on team player who can connect with and train staff to achieve high standards. A keen eye for detail and broad experience in senior hospitality roles within 5-star environments are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain impeccable hotel appearance and ensure high service levels.
  2. Identify and organize necessary maintenance to keep the hotel in top condition.
  3. Organize guest delights to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in senior leadership roles within 5-star hospitality, either in urban or rural settings.
  • Hotel management diploma, with experience in hotel financials, HR, Food & Beverage, and local business markets.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Presentable appearance and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, hotel reservation systems, OTAs, and familiarity with PAN Hospitality is advantageous.

Promotion within the Group GM team is possible in the future upon proven qualities and achievement of targets.
