We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess an IT / Networking diploma, certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and CompTIA, along with hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems across various systems and platforms.
Manage and maintain cloud environments using Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software for users.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve IT infrastructure.
Ensure data security and system integrity through regular updates and patches.
Support remote users and troubleshoot issues through phone, email, and remote access tools.
