  2. Fulfil service requests escalated from first line that require in-person execution.
  3. Lead IT support during key LFC events, including match days.

  5. Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line teams on complex problems and incidents.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  7. Perform regular maintenance to ensure maximum uptime of assets and a ‘compliant’ estate.
  8. Support the Service Desk Manager in delivering IT projects and rollouts.
  9. Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders across all sites.
  10. Contribute to IT security, compliance, audits, and documentation.
  11. Participate in on-call support rotations for any after-hours support as required.
  12. Provide training and technical guidance to first line support analysts.
  13. Create and maintain technical documentation.
Who are we looking for?
  1. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and networking protocols.
  2. Proven experience in a fast-paced second line IT support role.
  3. Proactive in identifying and implementing technical and process improvements.
  4. Good understanding of cloud and on-premises networking infrastructure.
  5. Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  7. Analytical and methodical in diagnosing complex technical issues.
  8. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  9. Experience handling IT security incidents and driving post-incident improvements.
Why should you apply?

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 basis. The position is based at Anfield Stadium with travel across all sites required. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days), and a contributory pension scheme.
