Job Title : HR Office Manager

Job Overview :

As the HR Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our SA office operations, providing essential HR support to our teams. Your responsibilities include creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing office supplies and equipment, and fostering a supportive environment that unites our employees.

You will act as the liaison between our US and SA offices, serving as the primary contact for all HR-related matters and supporting employees seeking assistance, resources, and support.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. HR Policy Development and Implementation : Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across both offices. Communicate policy changes effectively to all employees and provide guidance on best practices.
  2. Office Management : Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment. Coordinate with vendors for supply orders, equipment maintenance, and facility improvements.
  3. Employee Engagement and Support : Act as the primary contact for employee support, organize team-building events, recognition initiatives, and other activities to foster a positive culture. Provide onboarding support to new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  4. Liaison Between US and SA Offices : Facilitate communication between US and South African teams, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment on HR policies. Address cross-office HR concerns and harmonize practices across locations.
  5. Administrative Support : Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and office files. Assist with benefits, payroll inquiries, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications :
  • Experience : 7+ years in an HR role, preferably within a multinational or cross-office environment.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Knowledge : Proficiency in HR policies, procedures, and labor laws for both the US and South Africa.
  • Personality : Proactive, approachable, team-oriented, and supportive of others.
