Our client requires the services of a Sales Executive (Permanent) in Cape Town Northern Suburbs.

We are seeking a dynamic, competitive, and trustworthy Sales Executive to help expand our client's business activities and customer database in the Cape Town area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Permanent

Qualifications / Experience:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales
  • Experience in the Electrical and/or Renewable Industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Presentable with strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Deadline-driven; willing to work overtime when required
  • Self-motivated with ambition; able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a customer service and sales-focused environment
Role:
  • Promote sales, service existing clients, and establish new accounts
  • Identify and study the needs of existing and potential clients
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high service levels and client loyalty
  • Provide customers with budget, payment agreements, and delivery estimates
  • Resolve issues or complaints promptly
  • Cold call potential clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes
  • A clear criminal record is required
