Key Responsibilities : Ensure all operational employees are correctly licensed where requiredSecure and maintain all necessary business licenses from the relevant Gambling BoardsEnforce full compliance with Gambling Board legislation, FICA, POPIA, and internal policies and proceduresDevelop and implement departmental compliance assessment programsConduct thorough and accurate audit assessments and initiate corrective action when necessaryManage approval processes for betting equipment and procedures in accordance with legislationBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with Gambling Boards through consistent communicationOffer guidance to internal departments on regulatory compliance requirementsWork independently or collaboratively to deliver consistently high-quality standardsMinimum Requirements : Matric (NQF Level 4)A recent graduate or currently studying towards a Legal or Risk qualificationMinimum of 2 years experience in auditing or strong demonstrable auditing proficiencyProven experience in resolving compliance mattersOur client offers a professional, fast-paced environment where integrity, diligence, and regulatory compliance are core values.
