The Role: Business Development Manager
This role is designed for an ambitious, self-driven professional ready to lead the charge in expanding the company's global footprint. As Business Development Manager, you will craft and execute strategic initiatives to grow the teacher recruitment network, secure key partnerships, and drive revenue contributing directly to educational access on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase teacher placements and partner engagement
Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partnerships worldwide
Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and sustained relationship-building
Analyse market trends and data to identify emerging growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, recruitment) to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
Represent the company in external meetings, webinars, and partner presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline records and performance reports using CRM tools
Continuously iterate and optimise outreach, conversion, and onboarding processes
About You
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or recruitment (ideally within education, HR tech, or training)
Fluent in professional English (written and verbal)
Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting growth KPIs
Strong communicator and negotiator with leadership aptitude
Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms such as monday.com, HubSpot, or Agile CRM
Thrives in a remote-first environment; self-disciplined and organised
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Passionate about education, global access, or online learning
