PR & Fundraising Manager Position

Join the Pretoria-East Head Office of a well-established NPO as a PR & Fundraising Manager.

Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing, PR, or communications experience.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
Overview of Role
  • Manage donations, including grants, fundraising campaigns, adoptions, and merchandise.
  • Manage the donor management team.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the budget, targets, and fundraising expenses.
  • Coordinate and lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor relations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff and volunteers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners.
  • Ensure effective delivery of programs and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Represent the organization at events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare reports for the board of directors, trustees, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other organizations and agencies to advance the organization's mission.
Salary Bracket

Market-related CTC, depending on experience, qualifications, and current/previous salary.
