Functional Supply Chain Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional Supply Chain Consultant to join our ERP team at Decision Inc.
The successful candidate will provide both functional and technical consulting, ensuring successful implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics projects with high client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills are essential, and strong technical ability is advantageous.

What Will You Do?
- Provide sales support when needed: Assist the sales team in evaluating prospective clients' Microsoft Dynamics technology needs by understanding their strategies, processes, and success factors. Present tailored technology demonstrations. Develop statements of work and scope documents. Participate in RFI, RFP, or RFQ processes.
- Perform on-site consulting for implementation projects: Implement Microsoft Dynamics Software. Lead or participate in requirement analysis workshops. Document and interpret business processes and requirements. Use Decision Inc.'s methodology and standards. Create design specifications and perform gap / fit analysis. Collaborate with technical teams on customization, testing, and implementation. Provide end-user training and support. Assist Project Managers as needed.
- Support existing clients: Provide remote and on-site support. Engage in strategic discussions, prepare documentation, and implement proposals. Meet SLA requirements.
- Manage upgrades: Inform clients about upgrades. Assist with planning and costing. Perform upgrade services following approved methodologies.
- Perform administrative functions: Document services using internal systems. Meet productivity standards. Refine implementation standards and tools. Record client interactions accurately. Coordinate with account managers.
- Maintain product knowledge: Obtain necessary certifications. Stay updated on product releases. Research and recommend new technologies. Mentor team members as needed.
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Relevant Degree.
- Minimum 5 years consulting experience and 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations.
- Participation in at least 3 go-live data conversions, upgrades, or full cycle implementations.
- Experience in consulting services.
- Knowledge in areas like Business Intelligence or Enterprise Performance Management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Relationship management skills.
