What you'll be doing
As a Data Modeller, you'll work with diverse data sources, cleaning, transforming, and modelling data to support customer insights initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, advising on solution designs and ensuring high-quality data outputs. Your role will involve creating and optimising data models, designing customer segmentation strategies, and contributing to product segmentation aligned with customer behaviours. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and help unlock new features to enhance customer insights, all while working within Agile frameworks.

What you'll need
You'll bring experience in data modelling, data analysis, and customer insights, with proficiency in Python, Java, Hive, Apache Spark, and SQL. Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines (Linux and Windows), ETL processes, and BI tools and AWS knowledge is key. A relevant degree in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills. Certification in SAFe methodologies will be an advantage.
