Job description

Introduction

Responsibilities
  1. Properly plan all sales activities for allocated strategic accounts.
  2. Provide customers with a point-of-contact scenario.
  3. Ensure efficient liaison meetings at the Dealer level.
  4. Contribute to sales CSM results and enhance customer satisfaction and relationships.
  5. Achieve or exceed monthly targets (unit sales, market share, gross profit).
  6. Handle vehicle selection, load body fitment/procurement, vehicle delivery, handover, payment, and deal file closure.
  7. Follow up with prospective customers, visiting at least twice monthly.
  8. Maintain regular contact with current customers via phone and follow-up visits.
  9. Ensure timely invoicing of all vehicles and support the process.
  10. Manage vehicle payments within sale terms to ensure timely commission payouts.
  11. Prepare and present customer quotations, including electronic drawings.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of truck sales experience.
  • Sufficient knowledge of trucks and industry.
  • Project management skills.
  • Own database required.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Knowledge of Road Traffic Act and Regulations.
  • Experience with HTM / Transolve.
  • Ability to understand CPK and perform calculations.
  • Knowledge of vehicle bodies, legal standards, and client specifications.
  • Willingness to grow and share knowledge with the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • No criminal record (mandatory).
  • Hino experience is highly advantageous.
  • Code 10 or 14 driver’s licenses are advantageous.
Package & Remuneration

Highly competitive basic package plus an above-average commission structure, paid from unit 1 with a progressive sliding scale.
