A leading company is seeking a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment campaigns for various positions. This remote, full-time role requires strong communication skills and experience in high-volume recruitment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets. Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial. Candidates will earn commissions on successful placements after onboarding.
As a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns across various positions within the organization, for external staff only. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously, ensuring we have the best candidates ready to join our team.
While proficiency in English is required for effective communication, candidates proficient in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans are valued as it helps connect with a diverse candidate pool. You may conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages, if possible.
Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with the Lead Recruiter and the COO to understand the business's unique hiring requirements and help the team meet our hiring targets.
Delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience is essential. Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
Accurate record-keeping is vital. You will maintain up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports and metrics related to high-volume recruitment activities.
You should be adaptable, work efficiently under tight deadlines, possess exceptional time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and being a dedicated team player are crucial.
This is a remote, full-time role. Candidates will earn commissions on each successful placement made within the business after the initial onboarding month.
