Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Agent at Pivot Africa Material.

The Sales Agent will be responsible for:

1. Communicating with customers
2. Providing excellent customer service
3. Executing sales strategies
4. Possibly providing training and insurance guidance

The role is primarily located in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area but allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

1. Communication and Customer Service skills
2. Sales in adhesive knowledge
3. Training experience
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team
6. Experience in sales or customer service roles
7. Knowledge of the material or construction industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
