Job description

We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant to be based at our George branch.

You are responsible for, including but not limited to:

  • Retaining all clients and servicing clients regarding all IR issues.
  • Contacting all clients as per schedule.

These typical Labour Law issues can include:

  • Chairing disciplinary inquiries
  • Drafting judgments for clients
  • Assisting with issuing warnings to ensure compliance
  • Drafting and implementing policies

More complex issues may involve:

  • Strike management

Package & remuneration:

Salary: R17,850 CTC

Qualifications:

You will need a customer-first mindset and the following skills:

  • 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR / IR / LLB or related field
  • More than 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations
  • Eagerness to learn labour law intricacies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
