Leadership & Management
  • Oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead regular team meetings to review performance and plan activities.
Quality Management Systems
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant quality management systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with certification bodies.
  • Update and maintain quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Process Improvement
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor quality metrics to track progress and identify trends.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
