About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of the CEO's office, ensuring seamless operations through:
Administrative Support: Managing travel, Forex, purchasing authorizations, and more.
Secretarial Duties: Handling communications, scheduling, minute-taking, and board meeting preparations.
Insurance & Imports Management: Overseeing vehicle insurance, marine cover, and import payment processes.
Event Coordination: Organizing company-wide events, including Indabas and trade fairs.
Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with executives and teams to uphold company standards.

What We're Looking For:
Diploma in Legal Secretarial/Paralegal or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and office management practices.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
