Job Description

Purpose of this role: As a Junior Digital Engineer, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of NOOLA's existing technical ecosystem, with a focus on ERP software.

You will assist in mapping business processes, co-designing improvements, and helping to identify and implement effective workflows and technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements
  • Strong skills in process mapping, with the ability to apply design and systems thinking to improve digital workflows and operations.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, management, and analysis, with the ability to draw insights and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, reporting, and analytical functions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
  • Comfortable with low-code and no-code tools, with the ability to research and implement digital solutions efficiently.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, ideally Shopify, and familiarity with financial software such as Xero or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of stock management processes and practical experience with ERP systems to support inventory tracking, resource planning, and digital operations.
