Transactional Shared Services Administrator | HC Hub

What will you do?

  1. Position Purpose: To grow and retain corporate membership in line with the Afrocentric HealthInsure strategy and to be the key brand ambassador for the client portfolio.
  2. Duties: Deliver new business growth and retention against targets, identify new opportunities, manage membership conversions, drive inductions and option change activities, evaluate presentations, and develop strategic plans for each client to ensure growth and retention.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain face-to-face relationships at all management levels within client organizations, present reports, and proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Client Engagement & Strategy: Design and implement annual strategies for each client, including budgeting, milestones, and performance reviews. Engage with stakeholders at executive levels to reinforce the brand and support client retention and growth.
  5. Operational Coordination: Coordinate all client queries, escalate trends, and ensure client status updates are communicated to line managers for effective management.
  6. Travel & Work Hours: Frequent regional travel (own vehicle required), occasional national travel, and work hours as per client requirements, including after-hours work when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4
  • 3-4 years in a similar role within healthcare, insurance, finance, or administration industry
  • 1-2 years' sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office
