Executive Assistant to CEO (Automotive) (JB5237)

Sandton, Gauteng

R30 000 to R40 000 a month CTC

Permanent

An exciting opportunity exists for a resilient and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced, high-growth automotive group. This role requires a strong, assertive individual who can navigate high-pressure situations with discretion and tact. The successful candidate will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing strategic administrative support, managing complex calendars and communications, and contributing to the overall efficiency and leadership of the business. The position offers exposure to executive-level decision-making and demands a polished, resourceful, and loyal assistant who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives

Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Strong under pressure with high attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Skilled in document preparation, meeting coordination, and travel logistics

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters

Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Duties and Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders

Prepare meeting agendas, reports, board packs, and professional presentations

Screen calls, emails, and requests to ensure effective communication and prioritization

Support executive decision-making through research and information gathering

Handle ad hoc projects and ensure deadlines are met

Oversee the daily operations of the executive office

Occasionally assist with personal or family-related tasks for the CEO
