Join us as a Customer Service Consultant within the petroleum industry, responsible for inbound customer care and client resolution.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Servicing all key stakeholders via telephone and other channels until queries are resolved.
  2. Providing customer-centric service to uphold our service principles.
  3. Investigating and resolving non-conformance issues, advising customers on supply chain delays.
  4. Maintaining the customer database and logging call details as per procedure.
  5. Achieving and exceeding key performance metrics related to service delivery.

Working hours: The contact center operates 24/7 on a rotational shift basis. This position is mainly office-based in CBD, Cape Town, with potential for hybrid work.

Requirements:

  • Reside in Cape Town and fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • Availability for assessments and interviews.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a contact center environment (Customer Service or Sales).
  • Matric certificate (compulsory).
  • Business writing skills (advantageous).
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • South African citizen.
  • Immediate availability or 2 weeks' notice.
  • Fiber internet at home for potential remote work.

Salary: R per month
