Job Duties

1. Under broad supervision, oversee facility and support services personnel involved in property management, Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE), and Human Resources (HR) functions.
2. Implement and execute Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and processes for facilities.
3. Promote efficiency improvements across departments within responsible facilities.
4. Manage overall facility maintenance.
5. Maintain competency management processes.
6. Protect facility assets.
7. Report and implement facility-related Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) actions.
8. Lead and promote service quality, safety, and environmental initiatives at facilities (Performance Improvement Initiative - "PII").
9. Coordinate the implementation of business processes across Produce Services Line (PSL) and Business Development (BD) lines.
10. This role manages assets such as departmental budgets and a team of 10-25 staff members.

Qualifications

1. Typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field, plus 7 or more years of experience overseeing administrative/support services in the energy services industry, including experience in a PSL or support functions at field locations.
2. Requires detailed technical knowledge of company systems, standards, and mandatory training programs.
3. Significant relevant work experience can substitute for an undergraduate degree.
